Land Lease & Purchase Opportunity

Napper Valley Elderberry is exploring additional land lease and purchase opportunities, from land owners within the central Kentucky and southern Indiana areas.

If you are interested in partnering with Napper Valley Elderberry, below are a few key details and land preferences we are searching for.

Lease Preferences

Lease term between 5-10 years in length, with yearly ladder.
A lake, pond, stream or well for use in irrigation, public water connection.
Must have access to electrical power.
Lease parcels that are minimum 5 acres in size.
Installation of an 8FT deer fencing fully surrounding leased areas, we will remove upon lease termination.
Accept a medium sized freezer trailer being kept on lease - only during harvest.
Accept a camper or tent on lease overnight - only during harvest.

Land Lease - Purchase Option Preferences

We are also seeking land owners who are interested in selling their land via a lease/purchase or seller financing arrangements.

We offer market or higher prices per acre but we can offer phased acquisition programs for larger land holdings.

This provides land owners with exit prices that meet their objectives.
